With more than four decades of experience in retail automotive, financial services, and OEM-aligned networks, C,R, has built his career around a firsthand understanding of what drives dealership profitability. He began his career inside retail dealerships, gaining direct operational exposure across sales, service, fixed operations, and customer retention—experience that continues to shape his perspective as a platform builder.
Over the course of his career, C.R. worked extensively with dealer leadership teams through national automotive finance organizations and OEM-affiliated networks, including Southeast Toyota Finance. These experiences provided deep insight into dealer economics, capital flow, compliance, and the financial structures that support long-term operational health.
In addition to his automotive background, C.R. brings a strong foundation in commercial and indirect lending, credit evaluation, and financial analysis—experience that informs HiveAuto’s disciplined approach to capitalization, governance, and scalable growth.
